Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to the following:

  • Be precise in the results and clarify the importance of the research and the results that have been reached.
  • Describe the data and methods used in the research in detail so that researchers can repeat, reproduce the results and build upon this study.
  • The initial raw data of the research should be available to the researcher if requested by the reviewers.
  • Use appropriate measuring tools so that the results remain valid for an acceptable time.
  • The research paper must not be submitted to another journal at the same time.
  • The translation must be completely identical to the source text.
  • The author must directly inform the editorial board if he/she discovers that there is any type of error in his/her research paper to take the appropriate action(s).
  • The paper should not contain any information that has been previously published. In case of using images or figures previously published, permission or copyright must be obtained.
  • Avoid plagiarism, fabrication and exploitation of figures/images that may lead to misunderstanding.
  • Avoid using generative AI tools to generate manuscripts.
  • Avoid changing the language of the manuscript (from Arabic to English or vice versa) after applying for publication in the journal.
  • If excerpts or texts from other places are used, their reference must be mentioned and placed in parentheses, and if they are discovered without proper referencing, the article will be rejected.
  • The journal will not publish any work of any author proven to violate the ethics of scientific research.
  • The journal shall withdraw any publication that is proven to contain fabrication or falsification of any data contained therein.
  • Copyrights: The authors sign their consent to the freely available publication (open access) in the journal.
  • Acknowledgments that he/she has read and agreed to the terms of publication.
  • (For Syrian Researchers only): Commitment to all terms stated in the National Guide of Scientific Research and Modern Technological Applications Ethics, prepared by the National Ethical Committee for Scientific and Technological Knowledge formed in the Higher Commission for Scientific Research.
